Returns (Store Credit Only)
If you are not happy with your purchase please notify us through email email@example.com with your order number and the reason why the items didn’t work for you. We only do store credit within 14 days after you receive your items. We will NOT except any returns after 14 days. NO REFUNDS. Items on sale are FINAL SALE. We don't offer exchanges as items sell out quickly.
Items must be unworn and in original condition in order to get store credit for the item. If you believe you received the wrong item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We carry limited quantities. We usually state if the shoe is true to its size or if it runs big or small in the description.
You will receive an email once your store credit has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
Shipping: Cost of shipping the item back to Lisa's Shoe Collection is customers responsibility. Please note original shipping charges are NOT Refundable.
Ship your package using a trackable insured shipping method as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages. Please keep tracking details for your records.
